1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using DiaryDad (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.
2. Use of AI Services
DiaryDad provides AI-generated advice. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI output is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
- AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased.
- You are responsible for your use of the AI output and any decisions made based on it.
- You will not misrepresent AI-generated output as being human-generated.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App and for any activities or actions under your password.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except when required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content (excluding AI-generated output provided to you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DiaryDad and its licensors.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DiaryDad, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
