Delete Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you want to delete your DiaryDad account and associated data, please follow the instructions below based on your device.

iOS Users (Apple)

  1. Open the DiaryDad app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Navigate to Settings or Profile.
  3. Tap on Account Settings.
  4. Select Delete Account and follow the on-screen prompts.
  5. Note: To manage or cancel active subscriptions, please visit your Apple ID settings.

Android Users

  1. Open the DiaryDad app on your Android device.
  2. Go to Settings from the main menu.
  3. Tap on Privacy & Security.
  4. Select Delete My Account.
  5. Confirm your decision to permanently delete your data.

Alternative Request

If you no longer have the app installed or are unable to access the in-app deletion option, you can request account deletion by emailing us directly.

Please include the email address associated with your account.

Important: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your chat history, preferences, and saved data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days of the request.
